Shipping and product returns:
At this time all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns. Due to health and sanitization reasons products would have to be discarded upon return. Please be sure to double check your order before it is placed to avoid any confusion thank you. If you receive an order that is damage in any way please let me know 48 hours of receiving the items at thewaxpalace1@gmail.com. Please provide pictures and I will replace your order for you. Please allow 7-10 days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Booking:
Non refundable reservation fee due for ALL appointments. All fees are applied to service. Late policies : There is a ten minute grace period. Please call or text if you will be arriving more than 10 minutes after schedule l appointment time. Failure to communicate tardiness will result in your appointment being cancelled, no call no shows will be canceled and will be charged a $25 inconvenienced fee that does not go toward the service AND MUST BE PAID AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT! Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointments up to 24 hours before your appointments. Any appointments canceled before 24 hours will be charged 50% of total service. If you no call no show twice you will be blocked from booking!
Pre booking : pre booking is always recommended but if you continue to reschedule or arrive late pre booking will no longer be an option to you
Wax pass members : no call no shows will result in your wax pass being cancelled.
