Service Description
Before receiving a chemical peel it is important that you do a patch test to make sure your skin is acceptable to the peel and the product i will be using . It would be a test behind your ear for 3 days to check for any reactions or irritants. After the 3 days and no signs we will continue with your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Non refundable reservation fee due for ALL appointments. All fees are applied to service. Late policies : There is a ten minute grace period. Please call or text if you will be arriving more than 10 minutes after schedule l appointment time. Failure to communicate tardiness will result in your appointment being cancelled, no call no shows will be canceled and will be charged a $25 inconvenienced fee that does not go toward the service AND MUST BE PAID AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT! Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointments up to 24 hours before your appointments. Any appointments canceled before 24 hours will be charged 50% of total service. If you ncns twice you will be blocked from booking ! holiday fees $10 Pre booking : pre booking is always recommended but if you continue to reschedule or arrive late pre booking will no longer be an option to you Wax pass members : no call no shows will result in your wax pass being cancelled.
